Akonite longboard features BComp AmpliTex flax fibre and carbon fibre laminated with epoxy, with a core of ash and balsa wood. Trucks are typically cast aluminium alloy A356 and the wheels polyurethane resin (PUR).
Compression moulded Polestar seatback featuring Bcomp ampiTex and powerRibs flax thermoplastic composite, with over-moulded features on the backside to aid assembly.
KTM Technologies motorcycle brake cover. It consists of a pre-formed epoxy flax composite panel, made with Bcomp's ampliTex, combined with an injection moulded polyamide 6 (PA6), nylon trim.
The Polestar seatback, compression moulded from Bcomp flax fibre reinforced polypropylene (PP-FF). The top layer consists of woven flax with white linen threads in a pattern unique to Polestar. The middle lays is a composite of flax and PP, and the inside layer consists of Bcomp power ribs, which provided added stiffness without adding significant weight.
