The National Assembly for Wales (also known as the Senedd), by Richard Rogers, 2005. The main funnel (known as the Oriel) and ceiling are clad with western red cedar. Each panel consists of several strips held in place by concealed fixings. To accommodate the varying radius of the shape, each panel has a trapezoidal profile.
